- Is there a free trial, and will I be charged after it?
- Yes. Activate one 7-day Analyst trial without a card. It starts only when you confirm, never creates a Razorpay mandate, never auto-renews, and returns you to Free when it ends.
- How are taxes and the final total shown?
- For India self-serve checkout, prices are before GST. Order review shows the subtotal, GST, and recurring total before Razorpay opens; Razorpay then shows the mandate and first debit schedule. In other regions, billing support confirms availability first.
- What happens after payment?
- We verify Razorpay before unlocking paid access. If confirmation is delayed, we keep reconciling the same checkout—do not pay again. Billing shows your plan, renewal date, payment history, and invoice links.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Schedule cancellation from Billing; paid access continues through the current cycle, then renewal stops. Cancellation does not promise an immediate refund.
- What if a payment fails?
- A failed first payment unlocks nothing and can be retried safely from the same order. For renewals, Razorpay may retry automatically; Billing shows the confirmed status and next action.
- Who handles my payment details?
- For India self-serve checkout, payment details and recurring mandates are entered securely in Razorpay. Add your billing name, address, and optional GSTIN before paying so those details and the GST calculation are preserved with the payment record. Razorpay's hosted subscription document is shown as a payment receipt, not represented as a statutory GST invoice.
